Information Dashboard - Social Campaigning on Walk2Shop, Walk2Cycle, Cycle2Shop, Cycle2Work.

 


This event is part of AKAM -Tumakuru Freedom2Cycle and Freedom2Walk programme being organized by Tumakuru Smart City Limited (TSCL). The main objective of this event is to promote basic health strategies and NMT mode of transport in the city and envisaging the best practices being introduced in the city as part of 75th India's Independence Day. 

Event Details:

  • The event will run in online mode for 05 days from 26th September 2021 till 01st October 2021. 
  • Citizen has to upload the details as requested in the G-Form only from 29th September 2021. 
  • The participant has to post the images about the promotion of the themes Walk2Shop, Walk2Work, Cycle2Shop, Cycle2Work through the social channels. 
  • It is mandatory to tag the TSCL social channel with #CycleTumakuru and #WalkTumakuru.
  • The posts with the #CycleTumakuru and #WalkTumakuru will be considered for final evaluation from each participant. 
  • Each participant can atmost publicize maximum for two days on the themes provided above. For Eg. Participant A can promote for 2 days, take relevant pictures and share it in social channels day wise in their account with the  #CycleTumakuru and #WalkTumakuru tags. On 29th September 2021, the links of promotion can be submitted through the G-Form Link provided. 
  • It is mandatory to share the G-Map/Strava/Similar App image screenshot from your android phone depicting the path you traversed by walk/cycle. 
  • Submission of this G-Form is mandatory as part of the event participation.
  • Number of Likes will not be considered for the evaluation purpose. 
  • If you do not have the Social Accounts, the images day wise should be submitted to the below mail id with the subject "Participation in Social Campaigning AKAM Tumakuru 2021".

Specifications for the Pictures/Photographs:
  1. Photographs should be clear and in good resolution.
  2. Photographs should clearly depict the purpose i.e., walk2shop, walk2work, cycle2shop, cycle2work
  3. The photographs may be clicked While you travel to Shop using Bicycle, While you travel in Bicycle to Work, While you walk to Shop, While you walk to Work.
  4. The photographs in the Image format is accepted. 

Sample Photographs attached which can be accepted.



Prerequisite:

  1. A Valid E-Mail. 
  2. Valid Social Account like Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
